RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direction to development team on patterns, practices and overall development strategies.
- Implement new systems and perform system maintenance based upon client requirements.
- Develop implementation plans, test plans and documentation for new and existing projects
- Work on program changes under direction of Development Team
- Drive team improvement through instruction and continuous review
REQUIREMENTS:
- Energetic self-starter with knowledge of object-oriented programming in C# or similar language.
- Knowledge of common enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with web/database integration (SQL queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technologists, sales and marketing teams, co-workers and executives.
- Experience with Visual Studio 2015+ and/or VS Code
- Experience with modern version control (Git, SVN, TFS, etc)

Brandon Systems (a Brandon Associates company) is searching for a top-notch student co-op for the position of Software Developer to perform the duties of programming, web development, web design, and database programming for our new and existing clientele. Candidate should be able to have the ability to conceptualize full project life cycle, and have outstanding creative skills coupled with the ability to achieve excellence in a team environment yet demonstrate ability to handle certain projects independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement new systems and maintenance enhancements based upon client requirements.
- Develop test plans and documentation for new projects
- Work on program changes under direction of Development Team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum GPA 3.3
- Energetic self-starter with knowledge of object oriented programming.
- Candidate needs to be efficient in hand coding, have some knowledge of web/database integration (SQL queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technologists, sales and marketing teams, co-workers and executives.
- Excellent computer software and typing skills including good understanding of the following programs: MS office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) , Development IDE (Visual Studio preferred)
